Margaret Curtin leads ERC Risk Solutions, offering clinical risk assessments, claims management, practice management, and education support services to hospitals, healthcare organizations, and physician groups. With over 30 years of experience in risk management and patient safety, Margaret is a well-known leader in the field. In addition to the medical professional liability insurance industry, she has first-hand healthcare experience, having worked in acute, managed, and ambulatory care settings. She is a published author and frequently speaks at industry events and conferences.

Brandi Seys

BSN, RN, CPHRM, RPLU, C-ONQS Senior Risk Consultant

Brandi Seys is a seasoned healthcare professional with over 25 years of experience in healthcare risk management and medical malpractice. She serves as a Senior Risk Consultant and has leveraged her clinical background to ensure patient safety and quality care, focusing on data-driven risk assessment and mitigation strategies. Her expertise extends to developing comprehensive risk management programs tailored to healthcare settings, promoting best practices, and enhancing patient outcomes. Brandi is committed to continuous improvement and education in healthcare, with a special interest in improving maternal health and safety.

Emily Odenwald

Opertions Lead

Emily Odenwald brings over 25 years of medical professional liability and healthcare industry experience, including operational oversight of risk departments, facilitation and oversight of an accredited education program (ACCME), practice management, and physician coordination, to her role as Operations Lead at ERC. Emily manages many of ERC's day-to-day processes, including contract negotiation, term setting, education programming, and client services. Her project management expertise and industry knowledge are utilized throughout the team to facilitate improved workflow, strategic planning, and process implementation.
